If you have read other Warriors books and wondered about what life was like when she was a kit, then this book is for you. It starts of from when Bluekit was born. The main part of that chapter is her doing so. The next part is one of my favourites because it is very cute. Bluekit goes outside with her sister, Snowkit and explores the dens and the campground which the cats all live in. (From ThunderClan) The rest of the book is about Bluestar's struggles, and triumphs. This book may be a little bit violent when there are battles between clans and parents of younger children may not approve, but this book is mainly about never giving up and finding your true passion. I would recommend reading this book before any other books in this series, because you may find it a bit confusing. This book is a bit big for people who normally like to read smaller books, but that doesn't mean I don't recommend them to read it too. This book took me around two weeks to read and I am a pretty fast reader so it may take most readers a bit longer. This book is very amazing and it captures you so you never want to put it down. This book is mostly a page-turner, but not a thriller. I would recommend this book to people who love cats and adventure stories.
